Buy Sears Master Protection Agreement

I bought a samsung washing machine and tumble dryer from Sears and got a 5-year repair warranty. Lately, the tumble dryer has made a lot of noise, squeaks and slams. When I call sears Home, they want to hear it on the phone. Despite the loud noises emanating from him, they claim that they either can`t hear it or that the sounds are completely normal. (This noise is far from normal.) They refuse to set a repair date. We will continue to try, but if there is collective action, I want to be there. I bought a heater and A/c security protection plan and they forwarded me for two hours on the phone saying that different services have to deal with it. They told me that my unit was not interchangeable. OCT. 2018 – The planned heating maintenance then cancelled without reason. No cancellation notifications were received. Reprogrammed.

OCT. 2018 – HeatingTechnicus refused to repair the HVAC condensate flow. Tech emphasized that condensate flow is NOT part of the CCC system. FEB. 2019 – Heating doesn`t work AGAIN! Sears can`t allow 3 days. 3 days without heat is not acceptable. We used a local C.C.C.C. repair service to repair. Bat Sears to pay us back the $90 repair bill. Sears refused to refund us because its schedule was not 6 days. In other words,… Sears doesn`t reimburse us for C.C.C., unless we`re six days without heat!!! FEB.

2019 – All of our sears service contracts have been terminated! Despite this, after more than 30 years strictly a Kenmore family were the last two visits filled with incompetence, delay, inexperience and in this last visit – incivility. I have terminated my remaining protection agreements for all appliances I own, including the refrigerator, dishwasher and sears range, and I intend to close my SEARS account by the end of January. Never again! I replaced the 2x ice. The freezer went out once. And in August, my whole unit stopped cooling down. I spent over 25 hours waiting with them and three attempts at repairs it is currently working. Tech, who came for the first time to replace the compressor. He told me that if the power was off for less than 30 minutes, I had to unplug it for 30 minutes to restart it. It`s true?!?! You must be crazy. It is not uncommon for compressors to throw metal fragments when they continue and clog the tumble dryer, which does not cool it. Since then, it`s been working. I was treated horribly, lied, transferred to a number that doesn`t back down, said to call a number when Tech was there so he could talk to them, which I did, but „sorry, we`re temporarily closed.“ I`ve never been treated with customer service
